The estimate

We inspect, we send photos, you decide

Every car that comes in gets an inspection. We take photos of what’s worn, leaking or broken, and Dana texts them to you beside a written estimate. Each item says what it is, why it matters and what it costs, in order of how urgent it is.

You say yes to what you want done and no to the rest. We never call something an emergency to get a yes.

  • Photos and a written price, by text or email

  • We call before any extra work
  • Old parts back on request
  • 24 monthsOr 24,000 miles, whichever comes first

What the warranty covers

Every repair we do with parts we supply is covered for 24 months or 24,000 miles, parts and labor, whichever comes first. If it fails, we fix it at no charge.

What it doesn’t cover

Wear items like brake pads and wiper blades after normal use, damage from an accident or misuse, and repairs where you supplied the part (we warranty our labor on those for 90 days, but not the part).

Away from home?

Call us first. Tell us what happened and where you are, and we’ll work out what to do with a shop near you. Please don’t pay for the same repair twice before we talk.

Your factory warranty

Having an independent shop service your car doesn’t void a new-car warranty. We keep a record of every visit, so you have receipts if a claim ever comes up.

Paying

We take cash, checks, and all major credit and debit cards, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. For a bigger repair we can email a secure link so you can pay by card from your phone, whether you’re at the shop or not.

We don’t offer financing. For big jobs we write the estimate so you can do the safety repairs first and schedule the rest. Ask Dana.

Pricing and warranty questions

What warranty do you give on repairs?

24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first, on both parts and labor for work we do with parts we supply. If it fails, we fix it at no charge. If it happens away from home, call us before paying anyone else, and we’ll work out what to do with a shop near you.

Will having you service my car void the factory warranty?

No. Federal law doesn’t let a carmaker void your new-car warranty just because routine maintenance was done at an independent shop. We use the right oil and parts for your car and keep a record of every visit, so you have receipts if a warranty claim ever comes up.
