We’re an official inspection station. It’s $50, takes about 45 minutes, and we tell you what it will cost before we fix anything that fails.
What to bring
Registration, insurance card and your keys
Walk in any weekday from 7:30 or Saturday morning before noon, or book a time online. A technician with an inspection license goes over the brakes, tires, steering, lights, wipers, glass and the rest of the safety list.
If your sticker expires at the end of the month, come early. The last week of every month is the busiest.

The estimate comes before any work. You can have us fix it or take the car somewhere else.

If we did the repair, the re-inspection is free for 30 days.
Emissions tests
We’re not an emissions testing station. Pennsylvania requires emissions tests only in certain counties, and where it does, a separate station does them. If your car is registered in one of those counties, call us and we’ll tell you where to go.
Rules and fees change from year to year. We always check the current ones before we post a price.
Inspection questions
Do you do state inspections?
Yes. We’re an official Pennsylvania inspection station for the yearly safety inspection of cars and light trucks. It’s $50 and takes about 45 minutes. Bring your registration and insurance card. We’re not an emissions testing station; if your county requires an emissions test, we’ll point you to one.
What happens if my car fails inspection?
We tell you exactly what failed and what it costs to fix, in writing. You can have us fix it or take the car elsewhere. If we do the repair, re-inspecting within 30 days is free. We never fail a car for something that passes.
